Frequently asked questions.

This is new to me, what does a pack hike look like?

We try to make it as easy as possible on you! We come to your home, pick up your pooch and strap them into our custom truck seatbelt system. After we’ve picked up all of the pups, we head out to a local trail and enjoy an off leash hike. We work on recall, trail etiquette, and other fun enrichment games. After about 2 hours, we load the pups back into the truck, buckle them in, and head home. A tired pup is dropped off back to your house.

Do I have to be home when you pick up and drop off my dog?

Nope! We are here to make your life easier-not harder! At your intake we will talk about the pick-up and drop-off process that works best for you.

Why does my dog need a harness?

Our truck is equipped with custom seatbelts to keep your pup safe & secure on the move. In order to buckle in, they need to have a well fitting harness. Need some recommendations on a harness? Just let us know!

Can we do more than 2 walks/week?

Currently we are in our “soft-launch” phase. Once we get our systems in place and our new clients onboarded, we will most likely open up more days per week!

What’s your cancellation policy?

Cancellations for dog-walking less than 48 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the total fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 100% of the total fee. If cancellations are made on a regular basis, we will require a 100% deposit for reservations.

What are your health requirements?

We do not accept intact males/females over 10 months old on our pack hikes. We require dogs over 6 months of age to have the following: proof of a current Rabies vaccine, Bordatella and Distemper/Parvo vaccine. We will accept a titer test OR veterinarian letter of exemption.

Do you offer pet sitting?

Right now we have very few clients that we take care of in the comforts of their own home. Our calendar is pretty booked, but it never hurts to reach out!
